train station lobby coffee
The hotel's location is amazing, steps from the train station! i loved the coffee available in the lobby. It was an awesome bonus. i did not try the breakfast. No comment!

convenient and clean!
convenient location breakfast choices reception service ample space
the location is super convenient, right by the main train station. the breakfast offered sufficient choices, i appreciated that. the staff were present at the reception 24 hours a day. i liked the junior suite plus as it provided ample space for luggage.
the pillows were not very comfortable. i also noticed some noise coming from the a/c unit in the room.

the room was clean and a good size, with an attached bathroom. bed linen was very very comfy and tidy. air conditioning was available in the rooms and it was very effective.

the breakfast buffet offered a quite good selection. there was a coffee and tea machine at each floor. there was also coffee and tea available in the lobby, a plus.

the hotel offers easy access with no fuss. the hotel includes a lift, very convenient with luggage. i found that i could store luggage in advance which was useful.

warm water online checking
The location was ideal as it was close to the train station. The coffee and tea corner was convenient.
The warm water did not work at the sink. I requested a second pillow that was not in the room. I had to ask the night porter for it. The online check-in requires all data and ID uploads every time, even after multiple stays this year.

super clean room free coffee efficient system helpful staff
The room was super clean. I liked the free coffee available on my floor. The online check-in system worked efficiently. It allowed direct access to the room. The front desk staff was always ready to help.
The lift seemed small, and I sometimes waited a little longer than expected.

Staff members offered prompt assistance at all times. I loved how they addressed my queries. I also really appreciated the attentive reception staff. They were awesome.

The hotel is near the train station, it was a very short walk. A bus stop across the street provided tour access. I loved that Starbucks was just behind the hotel. So handy!
